The speakers do work because when you do the channel sound test, both rear speakers sound exactly as they should. The rear channels are dead silent, even with +15 dB boost from the amplifier and +12 dB boost from the Realtek software. You can either download and install generic audio driver from Realtek official website or customized audio driver for your specific system from your manufacturer’s product support page. So I have had weird interactions with my Realtek audio drivers and Discord where opening Discord cuts all sound from all programs and plugged in devices to where I essentially can't use Discord with the Realtek drivers.
